A 4 bedroom house built mainly with concrete/masonry structures. Huge windows is designed to bring in as much natural light as possible, and allow for cross ventilation when natural ventilating is required. The kitchen, dining and living area are open floor to roof ceiling height, and 2 stairs proposed by the clients connects top to ground floor. This void also has a bridge path that connects to each room on the top floor, with huge open able windows to one side. A large sized pool with separate Jacuzzi is also designed to complement the house. Flat concrete roof was opted to keep the building level lower, and less provoking due to its size compared to the plot.
