A 10 unit room bungalow with its own restaurant and spa, 2 separate rooms are placed under 1 roof structure to reduce building cost, but still giving the feeling of privacy to each room occupants. All building are arranged around the central existing rice field which was to be preserved, with the pool placed at center close to the river’s edge.A single floor 3 bedroom house built on split levels due to the slope of the plot. An office is built on the lowest level of the plot, where its flat roof are connected to the open dining area outside of the kitchen area. A sunken lounge area is also designed to efficiently use the contours available and maximize cut and fill and not bringing in landfills due to its expensive cost on the island. Light to carry materials are also propose to make material transportation to site easier.
